Trendsetter is DTLR’s exclusive customer loyalty program designed to reward our most loyal shoppers. As a Trendsetter member, you can earn points on qualifying purchases made: 

• In-store at any DTLR location 
• Online at DTLR.com 
• Through the DTLR US mobile app

Being a Trendsetter means getting rewarded just for shopping at DTLR — and it’s easy to start earning. 

Shop Your Way Earn points every time you shop in-store, online at DTLR.com, or through the DTLR mobile app. Just provide the email or phone number linked to your Trendsetter account at checkout. 

Earn While You Spend You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. The more you shop, the more rewards you unlock. 

What Doesn’t Count Toward Points? Points are earned on merchandise totals only — excluding sales tax, shipping, delivery fees, gift card redemptions, and any discounts or rewards used.  

Note: Points are not earned when purchasing DTLR Gift Cards.

Yes, you can! If you have multiple Trendsetter Rewards accounts, our team can help you merge them into one. 

Please contact our Trendsetter Department at trendsetter@dtlr.com and include the following information for each account you’ve used: 

• Any phone number associated with the account 
• Any email address used 
• Any name listed on the account 

Providing as much detail as possible will help us locate and merge your accounts quickly. 

You actually don’t need your Trendsetter account number to access your benefits—your account is linked to your email address and phone number. 

Here’s how you can check your Trendsetter info or recent purchases: 

• See your recent purchases: Visit dtlr.com/pages/trendsetter-view, enter the email address linked to your Trendsetter account, and we’ll email you a list of your recent purchases. 
• View or update your account info: Log in to your My Account page on DTLR.com. If your DTLR.com email matches your Trendsetter email, you’ll be able to see and update your Trendsetter details like your address and phone number.

To view your Trendsetter Rewards Points in the DTLR app, follow these steps: 

1. Open the DTLR app on your mobile device. 
2. Tap the navigation drawer (☰) located in the top left corner of the screen. 
3. A side menu will appear—select “Trendsetter” from the list. 
4. If you're already logged into your DTLR account, your Trendsetter information will automatically display, including: 

• Your email address 
• Available points 
• Pending points 
• Past transactions 

If you're not logged in, you’ll be prompted to sign in to access your rewards details.

Points for qualified purchases will post to the members' account within 72 hours of the qualifying purchase. Points will be credited only to the account of the Trendsetter Rewards member who makes the qualifying purchases. Points are not transferable or combinable with other accounts.

Yes. You must be enrolled in the Trendsetter Rewards Program to be eligible for all upcoming raffles at DTLR. 

Joining is quick and free—and it not only gives you access to raffles but also lets you earn points on purchases and unlock exclusive rewards. 

Points from eligible purchases will be added to your Trendsetter Rewards account within 72 hours of your qualifying purchase. 

Please keep in mind: 

• Points are awarded only to the account of the member who made the purchase. 
• Points cannot be transferred or combined** with other accounts.

Raffles are free to enter—no points required! 

However, as a Trendsetter Rewards member, you can use your points to boost your chances of winning. Points can be applied in increments of 100, up to a maximum of 1,000 points per raffle entry. 

The more points you use, the better your odds!

Points are only deducted if you are selected as a winner. If you use points to increase your chances (up to 1,000 points) and do not win, your points will remain in your account. 

If you are selected as a winner, you’ll be notified 24 hours before the release. Please note that if you do not claim your winning raffle, the points you used will be forfeited. 

While winning a raffle is exciting, points are not automatically added to your Trendsetter account just for winning. 

To ensure you receive your points, you must provide your phone number associated with your Trendsetter account at the time of purchase in-store. This allows the system to properly credit your account.  

If you’ve already made your purchase and didn’t provide your number, please contact us at Trendsetter@dtlr.com with a clear photo of your receipt so we can assist further. 

Yes, points are valid for 6 months from the date of each qualifying purchase. 

Here’s how it works: 

• As long as you make at least one qualifying purchase every 6 months, your points will remain active. 
• Each qualifying purchase resets the expiration of all unused points in your account for another 6 months. 
• If no qualifying purchase is made within a 6-month period, all accumulated points will expire and be forfeited. 
• Points earned from non-purchase activities (such as promotions or events) do not extend the expiration date. 

To ensure you receive your points: 

• In-store: Let the cashier know you're a Trendsetter Rewards member before completing your purchase. 
• Online: Log into your Trendsetter account before checking out. Points will be added automatically. 

Important: Points cannot be added after a purchase if your account wasn’t identified at the time of the transaction. 

Per our policy, we do not retroactively issue points for purchases where a Trendsetter account was not identified at the time of the transaction. 

However, we may make a one-time exception under certain circumstances if the request is submitted within a reasonable timeframe. 

Note: If the transaction is over one year old, we are unable to apply this exception, and points cannot be added. 

Only raffle winners receive notifications. If you're selected, you’ll get an alert 24 hours before the release, giving you time to get ready. 

If you don’t hear from us by then, it simply means you weren’t selected this time. We know it can be disappointing—but don’t worry, there are always more chances to win in upcoming raffles. 

Once a raffle entry has been submitted, it cannot be changed or edited. This policy helps maintain fairness and integrity in the raffle process for all participants. 

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for being part of the Trendsetter community. 

Raffle items must be picked up on the day of the release. If the item is not claimed within that timeframe, it will be returned to store inventory and made available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis. 

We understand this may be disappointing and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
