My order shows “delivered” but did not arrive. What are the next steps?
We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to locate your package. While DTLR is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we’re happy to assist you in working with FedEx to try to locate your order and explore possible solutions.
Please note the following:
- If your tracking shows the package as delivered, we recommend waiting 24–48 hours, as packages are sometimes scanned early and delivered shortly after.
- It’s also a good idea to check with neighbors or others in your household in case the package was received on your behalf or delivered to the wrong address nearby.
- All lost, missing, or damaged packages must be reported to DTLR Customer Service within 5 days of the delivery date.
While we’ll do our best to support you, DTLR is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” that are lost or stolen after delivery.
Additional Note: To assist with investigations, DTLR may request documentation (such as proof of address or delivery confirmation). All documents must be authentic. If we determine that submitted documents are not valid, we will discontinue support for the claim.
I didn’t receive my DoorDash Order?
If your order was marked as delivered by DoorDash but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:
- Check with household members or neighbors who may have accepted the package on your behalf.
- Look around your delivery area, including porches, garages, or side doors.
- If the package is still missing, we recommend contacting DoorDash Customer Service directly for further assistance.
Once a package is confirmed as delivered, responsibility for its receipt transfers to the customer. To help avoid future issues, consider using a secure delivery location or ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
What if I missed the 5-day window to report a lost package?
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with lost package claims reported more than 5 days after the delivery date. Timely reporting helps us work with carriers while tracking data is still available.
