How do in-store raffles for release products work?
Some high-demand release products are available exclusively through digital raffles. To participate, download the DTLR mobile app and follow the instructions for entering raffles.
I won the raffle—do I get the shoes for free?
No, winning a raffle gives you the opportunity to purchase the product on launch day.
How can I check which store locations will have a Raffle shoe?
Only stores participating in the raffle will appear as options when you're selecting a store during sign-up. If a store isn’t listed, it’s not part of that particular raffle.
How soon can I sign up for a raffle?
Raffles typically open 5 days before the release date. If there’s a delay in the shoe’s arrival across stores, the raffle may open later—so keep an eye out for updates!
When does a raffle close?
Raffles usually close 2 days before the release date. This gives stores time to contact winners at least 1 day before launch.
How am I notified if I win a raffle?
Winners are notified via SMS or email, so be sure to check both!
How can I ensure I’m notified about my raffle status?
To make sure you don’t miss a win, double-check that your email and phone number are entered correctly when signing up. Also, keep an eye on your spam, junk, or promotions folders, as raffle notifications may sometimes land there.
When will I be notified if I won?
If you win, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS 24 hours before the release with pickup instructions.
I selected the wrong size—can I change it?
Once a raffle entry has been submitted, it cannot be changed or edited. This policy helps maintain fairness and integrity in the raffle process for all participants.
Can someone else pick up my raffle win?
No, raffle wins are non-transferable. If you win, you must be the one to pick up the item, and you’ll need to show valid ID.

How can I find out when a product will be released?
Check our Release Calendar for upcoming drops. You can also follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and X, or contact your local DTLR store.
Will new releases restock?
New releases are typically first come, first served. If your size is sold out on release day, check back online or in the app 1–2 days later—additional inventory may become available.
I purchased a new release shoe—am I guaranteed to receive it?
Your order is not confirmed until you receive a shipment confirmation email.
What time are new shoes released online?
Most new release shoes go live at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

Why isn’t my promo code working?
Promo codes may have specific exclusions. Here are a few common reasons:
- Release items are typically excluded from promotions for 30 days after launch
- Clearance items are often not eligible
- Some codes may not apply to items in your cart or may have expired
Always check the terms and conditions of the promotion for full details.
Why doesn’t my cart qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over $75—but only when your cart contains at least $75 worth of full-priced, non-release items.
Release and clearance items may not count toward the free shipping threshold.
Can I use a promotional offer on new release shoe?
No, new release shoes are excluded from all promotions.
Why does DTLR ask for my email address, and should I register?
Registering your account and providing your email helps you:
- Track your orders anytime
- Enjoy faster checkout on future purchases

Can I save items in my cart and buy them later?
