Do you offer price matching between online and in-store prices?
At this time, we do not offer price matching between our online store and physical locations. Pricing and promotions may vary by channel.
How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
You’ll receive an email with a 6-digit pickup code sent to the email address you used at checkout.
Once you have that code, you’re ready to head to the store! Please bring the following with you:
- Your 6-digit pickup code
- A valid photo ID
If you haven’t received the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. Still can’t find it? Reach out to us—we’ll gladly verify your email and resend the code if needed.
Please note:
Store pickup orders must be collected within 7 days. After that, the items will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed. This process—including return shipping, check-in, and refund—can take 2–3 weeks. Refunds are typically issued within 48 hours of check-in, but it may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Can someone else pick up my in-store order?
No. For security reasons, only the person whose name is on the order is authorized to pick it up. A valid photo ID matching the name on the order is required at the time of pickup.
How long will my in-store pickup order be held?
In-store pickup orders are held for 7 days from the time you receive your pickup notification. After that period, the order may be canceled and refunded. Please note that the refund process can take to 2 – 3 weeks to complete.
We recommend picking up your order as soon as possible—even if you plan to return it the same day—to avoid delays or cancellations.
What is your refund policy for in-store returns?
- If your purchase was made with a credit card or DTLR gift card, the refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.
- If you paid using cash, a debit card, or a third-party payment method (such as Afterpay, Affirm, PayPal, etc.), your refund will be issued to a DTLR gift card.
I selected the wrong delivery method at checkout. Can I change my order from shipping to store pickup (or vice versa)?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to change the delivery method. This means:
- Orders placed for home delivery cannot be switched to in-store pickup.
- Orders placed for store pickup cannot be changed to home delivery.
We recommend allowing the order to be fulfilled as originally selected. If needed, you can return or exchange the item once it has been delivered or picked up.
How does Store Pickup work?
Want to skip the wait? Choose “Store Pickup” at checkout and select your nearest DTLR store. You’ll see the estimated pickup window before placing your order.
Here’s how it works:
- You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, along with a pickup PIN.
- Bring your photo ID and pickup PIN to the store to pick up your order.
- Please pick up your order within 7 days. After that, your order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed.
Changed your mind?
If you no longer want your Store Pickup order, we recommend picking it up and returning it in-store. This is the fastest way to receive your refund.
In-Store Return Policy Note:
Refunds for purchases made using third-party payment methods—such as Afterpay, Affirm, or PayPal—can only be issued in the form of a DTLR gift card.
What’s the difference between Ship to Store and Buy Online, Pick Up In Store?
Great question! While both options let you pick up your order at a DTLR store, they work a little differently:
Ship to Store - $2.99 Pickup, Ready in 3–5 Business Days
- What it is: Your item is shipped from our warehouse to the store you choose.
- When to expect it: Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Why choose it: Ideal if the item isn’t currently available at your local store but is available online.
Note: The $2.99 fee covers the cost of shipping the item from our warehouse to your selected store, since it’s not available there immediately.
Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) - FREE Pickup, Ready Today
- What it is: You’re purchasing an item that is already in stock at your selected DTLR store.
- When to expect it:
- Orders placed before 2 PM EST are usually ready for same-day pickup (during store hours).
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be ready the next business day.
- Why choose it: Ideal for fast, convenient pickup when the item is available locally and you need it quickly.
In both cases, you’ll get an email with a pickup PIN when your order is ready. Bring your photo ID and PIN to the store to pick up your order.

Where do I choose between shipping and store pickup during checkout?
During the checkout process, you’ll see a section labeled “Delivery”. This is where you can choose between:
- Ship – to have the item delivered to your home.
- Pickup in store – to collect your item from a DTLR store.
Tip: When you select “Pickup in store,” a drop-down list will appear. The pickup fee is the easiest way to tell the difference—FREE means same-day pickup, $2.99 means it’s shipping to the store.
What if I have an issue with a purchase made in-store?
For any concerns with an in-store purchase, please return to the store with your receipt and speak with a store associate. If further assistance is needed, our Customer Service team is happy to help.
