The Air Jordan 4 Retro “Bred Reimagined” is Dropping Soon

Although it hasn’t been released yet, many sneaker enthusiasts have already crowned the Air Jordan 4 Retro “Bred Reimagined” the sneaker of 2024. This new take on Michael Jordan’s fourth signature sneaker is the latest from Jordan Brand’s “Reimagined” series, where original Air Jordan colorways receive fresh, modern twists.

The first sneaker to be “reimagined” was the “Patent Bred” Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG in 2021, which saw the OG “Bred” AJ1 swap out its typical leather build for a sleek patent leather one. Since then, we’ve seen a steady stream of sneakers from the “Reimagined” series, like the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Chicago Lost & Found,” the Air Jordan 3 Retro “White Cement Reimagined,” and the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Royal Reimagined.” Now, the “Bred” Air Jordan 4 is next in line to be redefined.

This upcoming take on the beloved “Bred” Air Jordan 4 Retro opts for a premium black leather upper instead of the typical nubuck found on the OG. The tonal look continues with black TPU “wings” overlays, black laces, and black TPU heel panels. Bright “Fire Red” Jumpman logos land on the padded leather tongues, while the fan-favorite Nike Air badges cover the heels in “Cement Grey.”

The sneaker features black-and-white foam midsoles with visible Nike Air cushioning units in the heels. “Cement Grey,” “Fire Red,” and white rubber outsoles complete the design.
