Just in time for Air Max Day 2018!

We caught up with our charismatic UNBOXED host, Brian, to bring you a closer look at the highly anticipated Air Max 270. This episode is unveiling in the perfect span of time for Nike's unforgettable Air Max Day. We couldn't be more excited! The latest iterations of the Air Max 270 model standouts like no other. These silhouettes, both in Men's and Women's sizes, offers lifestyle elements on this hybrid sneaker. Both revealing an aqua-fresh "Ocean Bliss" theme color way, this model first appeared in early January as one of the debut poster child colorways of the revolutionary AM model. This particular style shoe was designed specifically for all-day comfort, fusing style elements of ’90s Air Max models with revolutionary Max Air cushioning technology. Fun Fact: the Air Max 270 focuses primarily on its newly-engineered Max Air Unit-- the tallest heel unit-- offers great impact absorption that’s described by product testers as providing a trampoline-like effect.

"Originally, the idea was to mash up the Air Max 93 and the Air Max 180 and build a new, more refined silhouette incorporating elements of both,” says Dylan Raasch, Senior Creative Director of Nike Air Max.

This sticking color way is for the contemporary! Because of it's Vapormax technology and ultra adaptive upper, it looks and feels unbelievable! Starting from the ground upwards, a chunky and robust Vapormax Unit sits in the heel. As the name would suggest, this boasts 270-degrees of cushioning. It’s made even more robust thanks to a chunky midsole across the front and centre which adds some all important stability.
