The Women’s Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Satin Bred” Returns

The "Bred" colorway has been a hallmark of Jordan Brand for years – it's a color scheme that’s as eye-catching as it is historically significant.

In 2016, Jordan Brand reworked this classic colorway with an entirely satin upper, replacing the traditional leather. This luxurious twist on a beloved classic, dubbed the “Satin Bred,” instantly caught the attention of sneaker enthusiasts. However, with only 501 pairs released, it became an ultra-rare find.

Fast forward to 2023, and the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Satin Bred" is set to return. The entire upper is crafted from shimmering satin done in the recognizable black-and-red color scheme. The contrast between the black satin and red accents is visually striking, making a bold statement.

Wings logos are stitched onto the lateral ankle collar flaps, while Nike Air branding is prominently displayed on the tongues. Down below, white rubber midsole units and “University Red” rubber outsoles complete the design.

The women’s Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG "Satin Bred" will be available on Wednesday, October 18th, on DTLR.com and at DTLR stores.
