The Air Jordan 5 Retro SE “Craft” is Coming Soon

Jordan Brand’s “Craft” series is one that took many people by surprise this year. The collection of retro releases is known for its use of muted colors and premium materials. So far, we’ve seen the Air Jordan 2 and Air Jordan 4 receive “Craft” treatments, and later this month, the Air Jordan 5 is set to follow suit.

Due to land in mid-May, the upcoming Air Jordan 5 Retro SE “Craft” features a “Light Orewood Brown” upper. The toeboxes, midfoot panels, and tongues use a textured canvas material, while the mudguards, heel panels, and ankle collars indulge in luxe suede. Semi-translucent TPU mesh netting accents the side panels – the same material is used for the sneaker’s eyestays and lowermost tongues.

The tonal base is highlighted by bright “Safety Orange” Jumpman logos embroidered on the tongues. That same tone is used for the tongues’ backings.

This release features white foam midsole units with visible Air windows housed in the heels. Signature shark-teeth accents come in a splattered “Flat Pewter” color to match the sockliners. Icy, semi-translucent rubber outsole units tie the concept together.
