Inspired by MJ's love for Italian sports cars, the Ferrari-inspired Air Jordan 14 makes a return this Summer '19.

Air Jordan enthusiasts are vastly different once you stop to notice the difference. Some are avid fans who collect every pair released. Some only wear the Jordans that MJ wore himself while playing in the league. Others collect retro J’s that are connected to a Chicago Bulls championship! Then there are those who prefers copping brand new colorways.

Retro 14 has a special spot in my heart. It is mostly due to the Ferrari inspired model and luxury fabrics that make the shoe truly irresistible. In reference to Ferrari, the previous release of the university red colorway heated up the summer back in 2014. After a 5 year hiatus, Jordan Brand decided to put out the “Reverse Ferrari” edition. Color placements are strategically swapped on the model which is such a cool idea. University gold leather covers the upper, while carbon fiber midsole provides needed contrast. In certain spots, you’ll notice hints of university red throughout the sneaker. If you missed out on the first pair, this is your second chance to secure yours!
