Don’t Be Afraid: The Nike Dunk Low “Halloween” is Creeping Up

Nike’s much more into treats than tricks when it comes to their Halloween-themed footwear. The Beaverton-based brand has a long-standing tradition of releasing spooky sneakers in honor of All Hallows Eve – from glow-in-the-dark Air Force 1s to mummy-themed SB Dunks – and this year we’ll see that tradition continue.

The brand is preparing to launch a new kids’-exclusive “Halloween” Dunk Low this October – one that’s far more wearable than the festive colorways of years past. This upcoming release forgoes the usual Halloween-themed imagery and instead features a cream-colored leather base with bright “Safety Orange” leather overlays.

Side-panel Swoosh overlays are done in black, as is the “Nike” lettering on the tongue tabs and heels. Rubber midsole units are done in a complementary cream tone and feature black contrast stitching. The celebratory colorway is complete with black rubber outsoles.

The Nike Dunk Low “Halloween” will be available on DTLR.com and DTLR stores on October 14th in grade-school, pre-school, and toddler sizes.
