If you’re a longtime supporter of our company, you’re likely aware that DTLR is an acronym that stands for “Downtown Locker Room.” But that’s not the only thing it stands for.

DTLR is also short for “Dare to Live Right” – our community-driven initiative that organizes local charity events, highlights up-and-coming creators, and educates the youth about significant historical events that shaped our communities. Our latest DTLR-exclusive New Balance 740 colorway is a reminder for us all to “Dare to Live Right.”

This exclusive colorway of the New Balance 740 arrives decked out in company colors. White open-celled mesh serves as the backdrop for metallic silver, black, and red synthetic overlays. White mesh also appears on the tongues, which boast classic NB and “740” logo branding. Black “N” logo overlays flank the lateral and medial sides, while black-and-grey rope laces add a ‘90s feel to the Y2K runner.

Down below, the “Dare to Live Right” 740 adds a white ABZORB foam midsole to the mix, softening each step for all-day comfort. The midsoles sit atop black rubber outsole units and dark-grey shank plates that offer torsional support for lateral movements.
