Though not affiliated with the “Dune” series in any capacity, the upcoming Air Jordan 13 Retro “Dune Red” does bear a color scheme that would fit right in on Arrakis. The sneaker features dimpled textile overlays in the eye-catching "Dune Red" tone, which contrasts against a crisp white synthetic leather upper. From there, "Terra Blush" microfiber underlays provide a subtle yet stylish touch.

This forthcoming colorway stays true to the Air Jordan 13’s 1998 origins. One of the most iconic features, the holographic green eye, remains intact, paying homage to Michael Jordan's "Black Cat" alter ego. The paw-inspired outsole is another key design feature that connects the Air Jordan 13 to Michael Jordan's legacy. The outsole's unique structure provides excellent grip and support, reminiscent of a cat's paw, symbolizing agility and stealth – qualities that MJ was known for on the court.
