Back to School & Beyond with IBIM Girls

DTLR Community is proud to support our partner organization, IBIM Girls, as they prepare for another successful school year. This year’s theme, “Shine On: Back to School + Beyond,” was all about celebrating sisterhood, confidence, and empowerment while making sure the girls had the tools they need to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

The kickoff event blended sweet treats, school-year prep, and wellness-inspired activities, creating a vibrant atmosphere that encouraged positivity and connection. Highlights of the day included an empowering documentary screening and an exclusive live podcast conversation, both designed to spark dialogue, inspire growth, and uplift the voices of young women.

More than just a back-to-school event, “Shine On” was an experience—a chance to equip, connect, and celebrate the IBIM Girls as they step boldly into the new year. DTLR Community is honored to stand alongside IBIM in this mission, helping to nurture confidence and resilience that will carry these young women far beyond the classroom.
