Can you name a year the Air Jordan Retro 1’s didn’t drop heat in recent past? The question is quite rhetorical, but is compelling to ponder on since the streak has been historic with dope colorways. We are in a great time where sneakerheads young and old can appreciate the simplicity of a Retro 1 design, while being impressed with the new fusion of colors. This go around, the “Phantom” is next on the list of fire releases.
The Retro 1’s have a sail leather upper that is a relevant hue in today’s culture. Sail is a vintage vibe that gives off a classic finish. University red is vibrantly stitched throughout the sneaker, with red accents in the upper ankle flag. Jordan original wings has an inverted black look that makes it stand out. To make the shoe complete, Jordan is authenticity represented on the shoe tongue and midsole. Overall, this is a no brainer to cop in preparation for the Spring season that is slowly approaching.
