4th Annual Chase Young Youth Football Camp: Building Champions On and Off the Field

This summer, DTLR, in partnership with New Balance, proudly teamed up with NFL star Chase Young to host the 4th Annual Chase Young Youth Football Camp—a high-impact day of mentorship, motivation, and football fundamentals, held at the historic RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C.

More than 300 young athletes from recreation centers across the DMV area—D.C., Maryland, and Virginia—came together for an unforgettable experience. With Chase at the helm, the camp focused not only on athletic development but also on life lessons that extended well beyond the game.

Throughout the day, campers rotated through skill-building drills, position-specific coaching, and competitive team challenges, all led by Chase and a team of experienced coaches and special guests. Whether improving their footwork or learning discipline and teamwork, the youth came ready to work—and left inspired.

Off the field, the energy was just as powerful. With DTLR and New Balance providing on-site support, branded giveaways, hydration, and more, the camp had a true community vibe. Families watched from the sidelines as Chase engaged personally with campers—signing autographs, offering encouragement, and sharing the story of his journey from local youth leagues to the NFL.

One of the most impactful moments came during a midfield huddle, where Chase addressed the campers directly: “I used to be right where you are. If you stay focused, stay humble, and put in the work—you can go wherever you want in life.”
