Create an RMA online above, by logging into your DTLR account or by calling our customer service line for assistance initiating your RMA. If your item is damaged please view step 6.
Once your return is approved visit DTLR.com and purchase your new item.
Package your item(s) to exchange (Please reference the Item Condition section below)
Upload your exchange tracking information to the RMA through DTLR.com or email us at [email protected] and a customer service representative will be more than happy to update your RMA This will help our customer service staff track your return and refund you in a timely manner.
Once your exchange item is confirmed delivered to our warehouse please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be process.
If one of your items is damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service as you may be eligible for added return benefits.
Customers have 30 days from when they receive their order to initiate a return through DTLR.com via phone, email or our website. If you want the refund to be applied to your credit card, we will be happy to issue you a refund. We do not credit shipping. There is restocking fee for all returns with the exception of receiving a damaged or defective item. In both cases you must pay for the return shipping, which we can either deduct from your refund, or we allow you to pay and coordinate shipping on your own. In all cases the original cost of shipping will not be refunded. Finally, please also note that online purchases cannot be returned in store.
We would like to make the exchange process and quick and painless as possible, and here are a few simple steps on how you can get started.
We will only accept returns or exchanges for items in new condition. This means the items must be shipped back to us either exactly as you received them.
Items should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached. In addition, shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. There must be no signs of dirt, stains, scuffs, or anything that indicates the products were worn. We will not accept merchandise which is not received accordingly.

If a package arrives and the box is visibly damaged on the outside, inspect the contents before signing for the package! If you do receive or sign for a package and you later notice later that an item is damaged or defective you have two (2) business day to report your loss to our customer service team by phone or email. We will send you a free shipping label to return the item, and we will replace it as soon as possible.
Once your return or exchange item arrives at our warehouse please allow 5-10 business days for us to initiate your refund or provide you store credit. (Please note that depending on your credit card company it may take another 2-10 days for your refund to appear on your statement)
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items. However, if a sale item is damaged or defective we will replace it following the same guidelines for damaged or defective products stated above.
