What is Trendsetter?

Trendsetter is DTLR’s exclusive customer loyalty program. Trendsetter members have the opportunity to earn Trendsetter points on qualifying purchases at DTLR stores, online at dtlr.com and on the DTLR US mobile app.

How does Trendsetter WORK?

To earn points as a Trendsetter member, you have to provide the phone number and/or email address associated with your Trendsetter account (when shopping in-store, online or on the mobile app).

Program overview:

1. Members earn 1 point for each $1 on all qualifying purchases in store, online and via mobile app.

2. Qualifying purchases are defined as the purchase amount of all DTLR merchandise EXCLUDING sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, discount redemption of DTLR Rewards and redemption of gift cards and or other fees.

3. Program points are NOT awarded upon purchase if DTLR Gift Cards

Do I have to be a Trendsetter to enter raffles?

YES. You must be enrolled into the Trendsetter Program to be eligible for all upcoming raffles.

What if I don’t have my Trendsetter ID NUMBER?

When prompted, you can fill in your email address and/or phone number assigned to your Trendsetter account, if the information you provide is associated with a current Trendsetter profile, the system will populate your account information. If the information you provide is not found in the system, you will be prompted to create a new Trendsetter profile.
