DTLR is not responsible for delivery delays or undeliverable packages due to an address error. Unfortunately, we are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by a carrier. We ship using USPS First Class/Priority or UPS Ground depending on the weight and value of the product. We ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse in New Jersey and we ask our customers to allow us 1-3 business days to process and ship their order(s). We reserve the right to hold and confirm orders should we feel your identity is at risk and being used for fraudulent activity, we do this for your protection. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays so please do allow for a long lead time on orders placed during those times. Typical shipping times range from 4 to 8 business days via USPS and UPS. For security purposes, we require signature confirmation on all deliveries. UPS policy prevents us from removing the signature confirmation. If you cannot sign for your parcel, you will be able to pick up your parcel at a local UPS branch. Becuase of this requirement, we do not ship to P.O Boxes.

We now offer next day shipping on orders with expedited shipping (UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day and Overnight). Please note, there may be a delay in processing your order if it gets flagged by our system as a high risk order. At the time of completing your order, you will receive an email letting you know if your order has been flagged as high risk. Orders under $50
These orders have a shipping fee of $6 USD when the ‘standard ground’ shipping option is chosen. These orders do not require a signature confirmation and will ship with USPS within 5 – 8 business days.
Orders over $50
These orders have a shipping fee of $10 when the ‘standard ground’ shipping option is chosen. These orders will require a signature confirmation and will ship with UPS within 5 – 8 business days.
Free shipping on orders over $150
These orders will ship for FREE** within 5 – 8 business days with UPS.
**Please Note: Release products do not contribute towards free shipping. However, if a release product shares the cart with at least $150 of a non-release product, the order will qualify for FREE shipping.

APO/FPO/P.O. Box and International Shipping
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and some US territories including Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. If you are placing an order that is shipping to an APO/FPO address please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org after your order has been placed. This will help us ensure that you receive your order.
At this time we are do not offer our customers international shipping.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If a package arrives and the box is visibly damaged on the outside, inspect the contents before signing for the package! If you do receive or sign for a package and you later notice that an item is damaged or defective you have two (2) business day to report your loss to our customer service team by phone or email. We will send you a free shipping label to return the item, and we will replace it as soon as possible. Please note that in some cases a UPS damage investigation will have to occur. Do not dispose of the original shipping carton, as the carrier may want to inspect it. UPS investigations can take up to 8-10 business days to conclude. If UPS cannot get in contact with the recipient this process can take longer to resolve. Once returned, a replacement item will be shipped out or if that item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
If you have not received your order although tracking states that it was delivered a lost investigation with have to be conducted. UPS investigations can take up to 8-10 business days to conclude. 30 Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the time your order is successfully delivered to request an exchange or return. All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card or account, excluding shipping charges.
All exchanges and returns must first be authorized by speaking to a customer service rep via email, phone or through our website. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges back to us and we recommend that you insure/track your return.
You have 15 days to return your item from the day your RMA is approved
Items purchased online are NOT returnable to our retail locations. Items purchased at retail stores are not returnable to the online store.
