DTLR was a proud participant in the 1st Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade hosted by Military Circle Mall in Norfolk, VA. The parade concluded with a speech from selected students from the All About Children child care program and a performance from the Angels of Toni Brideford Marching Band. DTLR always strives to make an impact on the community and was honored to contribute to the celebration of the life of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
